The 70th anniversary of the founding of the People’s Republic of China organized by Sri Lanka – China Friendship Association held at The Kingsbury Hotel, Colombo on Thursday 26th of September 2019.
Hon. Speaker, Karu Jayasuriya was the Chief Guest and guests of honour were Opposition Leader Mahinda Rajapaksa and Chinese Ambassador for Sri Lanka H.E. Cheng Xueyuan. Former Minister D.E.W.Gunasekera and former Minister and Mahajana Eksath Peramuna leader MP Dinesh Gunawardena were special invitees. President SLCFA Attorney-at-Law Ananda Goonatilleke Chaired the event.
