Sri Lanka-China friendship Association (SLCFA ) commenced the speech contest
“Human Development Inspired through 21st Century maritime silk route project”
on 12th September 2015 in Knady with a participation of over 100students .
Preliminary round speech contest was held on 12th September at Sri Chandanada
International Buddhist College at Asgiriya Kandy . Panel of Independent Judges
consisting of well known academics did the selection.
The Speech contest was inaugurated with the participation of Most Ven Dr Godagama Mangala
Thero, Mr Ananda Goonetillake( Attorney at Law), President SLCFA , Mr Dinesh Keerthinanda, Vice
President and Mr Gamini Rajanayake treasurer took part. Mr.Chandana Wijekoon, Media
secretary of SLCFA coordinated the event .
