A photographic exhibition to celebrate the 70th Chinese National Day, organized by the Sri Lanka – China Friendship Association (SLCFA) in collaboration with Chinese Embassy was held on December 13 and 14 at the Tangalle Town Council Auditorium.
District Secretary for Hambantota, Iresha Liyanagama graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Ananda Goonatilleke President of SLCFA, Luo Chong Spokesperson / Chief of Political Section of the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Sri Lanka, members of the National Executive Council of SLCFA, officials of the Chinese embassy were present. This was the first in a series of such exhibitions by SLCFA that is to be held island-wide in commemorating 70th China National Day.
